Generic advice does not help you pass. Every tool here starts from the questions you got wrong. Three of them build something substantial and use one of your weekly credits; two are unlimited.
Chapters on your weakest subjects, written from the questions you actually got wrong — plain-language teaching, worked examples and memory aids. Opens with what your mistakes have in common: rushing the last few questions, taking the first plausible answer, missing anything phrased with “except”.
A printed book built for you alone — practice chapters, concept maps to fill in by hand, cut-out flashcards that explain why each wrong answer tempted you, and drug cards for the medications your answers say you do not know yet. Its length comes from your results, and you see the page count before you spend anything.
You are the nurse on shift. A case in your weakest area unfolds turn by turn: you assess, you intervene, and the patient responds to what you actually did. A debrief at the end shows where your judgement parted company with the evidence. This one is for NCLEX-RN — it is about managing patients, which is not on the TEAS or HESI — and your pass covers it when you get there.
One round that gets harder as you get it right, and changes shape as it goes: four options, then two answers with one subtly wrong built from the mistakes you personally make, then a question where two ideas combine. Three lives, and the round ends when they run out — then you start another, free. Works on every exam; on NCLEX-RN the top rung is a four-patient “who do you see first”.
One conversation that goes three ways. Explain a concept and it plays the classmate who does not follow; say “quiz me” and it asks with no answer options and grades the reasoning behind your answer; or ask about your own study guide, where it answers only from what your guide actually says. Your answers are scored, and it closes by telling you what they showed.

So what is actually free?
The whole study site. I bought this for TEAS. Do I pay again for NCLEX?
No. Not for HESI either, and not ever. One payment covers every exam on the site for as long as your account exists — buy it during your prerequisites and it is still yours the week you sit your boards. The tools are built from your own results, so they do need some practice in a new exam before they can build anything for it, but that is practice, not another payment.
Then why do the Advanced Tools cost anything?
Because they are not pre-written pages. Each one is generated for you, from your own results, at the moment you ask for it — real compute every single time somebody presses the button, and a cost that grows with use rather than being paid once. The pass covers exactly that.
Why do credits expire now?
They refill rather than run out. Three credits arrive every Monday, and they are an allowance rather than a balance you own — which is why there is nothing to hoard and nothing to lose. Two of the five tools do not use credits at all; use those as much as you like.
Why will you not take my money yet?
Because the tools are built from your results, and below a certain amount of practice they would not be good. Rather than sell you something thin and hope you do not notice, the pass unlocks once you have answered enough for the tools to have something real to work with. Your dashboard shows exactly how far along you are.
Some of these were listed as paid before. What changed?
A few of them turned out to cost nothing to run — a drill is a filtered practice set, a readiness report is arithmetic over results we already have. Charging for those would have been charging for a database query, so they are free, permanently, and they are not counted against anything.
Can I buy now?
Not yet. Payments are not switched on, so nothing on this page can charge you. The pricing is here so it is not a surprise later.
Do I need an account?
Not to practice. An account exists so your progress and results follow you between devices — and, once the pass is live, so it has somewhere to live.
What happens to my data?
Your quiz history, progress, and account data belong to you. We never sell your data to third parties. We use it only to power your own study experience.
